COACHING PHILOSOPHY

We strive to improve the team by focusing on three elements: technique, strength, and motivation.

TECHNIQUE:

The focus is on stroke development and proper form in the water.

Before learning to swim fast, one must learn to swim correctly.
​
STRENGTH:

The focus is on improving one's speed in the water by swimming high yardage workouts.

Dryland workouts help build muscle, flexibility, and concentration.

MOTIVATION:

The focus is on mentally preparing swimmers for meets and building team morale.
-
Team building activities throughout the season help to solidify bonds between teammates.
